1.4    If you are a Workplace Instructor Network registered user, these Terms and Conditions of Use are in addition to and not in substitution for the terms and conditions applicable to your Workplace Instructor Network account. Access to this website does not make you a customer of Workplace Instructor Network.

1.5    Please be aware that by accessing the website through an individual page instead of the homepage www.winireland.ie, you may not see important information containing legal or important information.

2.1    ‘WIN’ means Workplace Instructor Network, the body corporate under Irish law, registered by Safety Solutions Skillnet Limited with the Companies Registration Office;

2.2    ‘WIN service’ means the service offered by Workplace Instructor Network, designed to provide access to a network of certified instructors for workplace-based training; 

2.3    ‘you’ or ‘your’ means the person accessing this Website;

2.4    ‘WIN Website’ and ‘Website’ mean this website, being a website accessible at www.winireland.ie;

2.5    ‘WIN Data Protection Policy’ and ‘Data Protection Policy’ means the WIN statement of practice as regards to the privacy and security of your information when accessing and/or using the WIN service, the WIN Website or any of the features of the Website.

3.1    The WIN website, and all information and content appearing on this Website, is provided and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
